for accidentally becoming Ibuki’s latest fashion statement,

Rubbing his sore head, Ibuki shot a cold glare down at the cat who was looking sweetly up at him in return.  “Nice try, but I know better than to give into that sort of look.” 

He winced as his fingers ran along a scratch on his forehead. “See? Look what you’ve done!” the boy huffed in anger. But the cat merely mewled back at him and cuddled up against his legs. With a defeated sigh, Ryunosuke sat down and put a hand on Toshizou’s head. “I’m bickering with a cat…” Was this really what his life had come to? He rolled his amber eyes and gave a gentle scratch behind the feline’s ears.

“Er— I mean… At least you should know who you’re talking about! It’s Ko-su-zu. She’s said it enough times.”

Ibuki moved about doing his various chores, just as he would every other day. One moment he was folding a towel and the next-

“UWWAAAHHH!!”

Ryunosuke jolted forward as the small mass of fur attacked. He shook his head while batting his arms up at the cat clinging to him with it’s sharp claws. It was quite a spectacle seeing the boy yelling and running about the courtyard with a cat stuck to his head. He finally managed to swat Toshizou away and turned to glare angrily at him.

If one thing about Serizawa calling him a dog rang true, it was that he didn’t get along well with cats.
